2013 Game: Ultimate Ascent Challenge
2013 Robot: Penelope
Penelope was designed to compete in the 2013 challenge, Ultimate Ascent. She had a tall intake mechanism that was fed frisbees by the human player. The intake “slide” could hold 3 frisbees at one time, and deposited them one at a time into the shooter. The shooter used 2 wheels to spin out the frisbees at high speed so they would travel into the high goals.
